1. Eligibility:
- You may return an item within 48 hours of receiving your order for a refund or exchange ( terms apply read below).
- Strictly no refund and returns unless the item you have received is defective or wrongly sent.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Initiation of Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at akarshan_collections@yahoo.com to request a return authorization within 48 hrs of receipt.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping:
- For return shipping of defective or wrongly sent products, we shall organise a pick up from your location.
- For exchange you shall have to bear the return shipping and dispatch from the store
- Please package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.
4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund/replace within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
